Driving to Los Angeles
A lot has happened since my last post in November of 2017. I left off with my arrival in Arizona . . .
Work phone, emails, hours (7am-5pm Monday-Friday), schedules, appointments, meetings; all gone.
“No way! Really?! I did that too!”
I know you’ve heard the phrase “less equals more”. But how can that be?
After measuring the new van, I realized the bed frame wouldn’t fit. Modifications would be required.
I wasn’t planning on buying a new van this soon, but when I spotted this gem on Craigslist, I couldn’t pass it up.
I know, I know, it’s been a long time since my last post. Don’t worry, I’m still Urban Vanning in a Northern suburb of Chicago where I work.
September 30th, 2017, I will retire.
Driving back to Gloucester, MA on Interstate 95, I notice a police SUV pass me on the left.
Women and cars. Those are the first two things that pop into my head when I hear the phrase “high maintenance”.
December 2015. Every morning started the same. Jacket, scarf, hat, gloves and a book.
A pickup truck pulling an open trailer crosses into my lane, hitting the left front of my van.
